Job Description
Our Client offers solutions with monopiles or floating foundations, with a capacity to cover the full range of services in a wind farm project (permits and feasibility studies, Metoceanic and Wind resources, offshore turbine simulation, monopiles and TP design, floating foundations design, property engineering services, as well as construction and commissioning management).
Job Responsibilities
Our Client is looking for a professional to work as a Project Manager for offshore wind floating platforms.
You will be responsible for project management for the construction and installation of floating platforms for offshore wind farms and actively participating in product development, commercial, and project development phases.
They are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, who has the ability to develop non-standard solutions, willingness to learn, develop and apply new techniques, standards and processes, to take on additional tasks as needed; excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will be a team player, and able to work in a multi-disciplined team, to communicate effectively with stakeholders that include but are not limited to management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors, and third parties.
Our client is looking for a person with a technical degree (Industrial / Civil / Naval Engineering), with a minimum experience of 10 years in offshore wind project management including supervision of design, construction, installation and commissioning of foundations (fixed or floating), with a proven background in floating wind power.
It will also be a must to have good English (oral & written expression). Other languages will be considered a plus; with availability to travel.
