Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee battery build projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize battery manufacturing processes for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff involved in battery build projects.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures within the battery manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the availability of materials and components for battery production.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a senior engineering role within the electrical vehicle battery manufacturing industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
In-depth knowledge of battery manufacturing processes, technologies, and quality standards.
