Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute battery projects in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery systems into aerospace applications.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations of battery technologies.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Delivery of HV battery electrical and electronic systems for aerospace electric vehicles.
Proven experience in battery system design, integration, and testing within the aerospace industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
