Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate aerospace projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to address project requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the aerospace industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with aerospace engineering principles, processes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
