Job Responsibilities
Enforce and uphold quality control procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
Perform inspections and audits to guarantee compliance with quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall product quality and performance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality-related matters to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Participate in the development and review of quality documentation, including procedures and specifications.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of best practices in quality management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience in a senior-level quality engineering role within the Aerospace and Defence industry
Profound knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
