Job Description
Our client search for Construction Managers for coordination of activities related to the construction of a photovoltaic plant.
Job Responsibilities
Assessment of technical and construction feasibility of projects.
Coordination and verification of the quality of the work done.
Monitoring the progress of the project and its quality within the stipulated time frame.
Cost management and monitoring and cost optimization.
Write reports to monitor the progress of construction.
Proactively interact with colleagues, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders demonstrating the ability to manage complex and challenging solar projects.
Complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction/civil engineering.
Minimum 1 year experience on the same position.
High propensity for problem solving.
Flexibility and dynamism.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of the Romanian language.
