Job Description
Our client search for a Solar Mechanical Site Manager to supervise the from the design and installation phase to the end of the project.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating the site personnel.
Supervising the Installation operations of photovoltaic structures and modules.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, workforce, and materials.
Managing the operation ensure the activity following the safety and quality procedures.
Ensure that each phase of the project is carried out on time, on budget and to high standards.
Resolution of any problems or delays.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience with Solar Projects.
The candidate must have previous experience as an mechanical manager.
Understanding of mechanical works and tasks on the site.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to solve logical problems.
Communication skills.
Good knowledge of the English and Romanian language.
