Job Description
Our client is looking for a Solar Project Manager with significant experience in solar power and good technical and commercial knowledge. PV projects ranging from 1 MWp self-consumption installations to 30 MWp power plants.

Job Responsibilities
Project management:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible from A to Z for the development and operation of PV installations, in consultation with the CEO
Is responsible for the preliminary design and dimensioning of the PV installation, selection of connection, components, location of transformers and cabin, invoice, ...
And analyzing building properties, network and stability studies, interpreting and implementing these results in the preliminary design
Organizes EPC tenders and negotiates the EPC and O&M contract Maintains contact with the various external parties; customer, insurer, distribution network operator, electricity supplier, project manager MGRE, EPC contractor, safety coordinator, stability engineer, BREEAM assessor, EPB reporter,..
Has a close relationship with the subcontractors and makes adjustments where necessary
Ensures that everything runs smoothly and qualitatively within the right timing and budget, according to the required safety regulations, from kick-off to final delivery (2 years)
He/she searches and coordinates a solution for every problem that arises
Oversees the O&M and guarantees the production of the solar installations achieve their target returns
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who is close to the following profile characteristics:
In possession of a Master's degree in Electromechanics or Electrical engineering preferred +3 years of experience in photovoltaics
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
Hands-on, knows how to tackle things and strong communication skills
Eager to learn complementary renewable energy solutions
