Job Description
Our client is seeking a BESS Storage Project Manager to join the Energy Storage team in France. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing consultancy services for the procurement, construction, and commissioning of grid-scale energy storage systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team of engineers and experts in the renewable energy industry.
Job Responsibilities
The Storage Project Manager will collaborate with colleagues in the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, and the US, and will have opportunities to work on hybrid projects involving several technologies. The role involves some design and site work, and the successful candidate will be involved in the procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of energy storage projects BESS.
Provide consultancy services in the procurement, construction, and commissioning of grid-scale energy storage systems BESS
Support pre-construction and construction teams for energy storage projects
Write reports to monitor the progress and quality of construction
Proactively interact with colleagues, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Complete assigned tasks on time and within budget
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Capacity to work in a technical advisor role
Experience in energy storage projects is desirable
Construction experience for wind, solar, or other power generation technologies is a plus
