Job Responsibilities
Follow all safety protocols for Additive Manufacturing – actively promote safe operational practices.
Operate various metal 3D printers with hands-on experience.
Conduct the calibration of 3D printers and interpret the findings in collaboration with the Engineering team.
Collaborate with Engineers on the setup and fabrication of 3D prints and new hardware.
Ensure the conformity of parts/builds through independent inspections and thorough print detail verification.
Keep a clean, organized, and thoroughly maintained work space
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering department.
Job Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or testing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in hand, power, and pneumatic tools such as drills, chisels, taps.
Experience with operating metal 3D printers and machine tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings.
